Rt. Hon. Zakari Mohammed has unveiled his first policy blueprint for Kwara State. On security, he proposes a whole-of-society approach in which traditional and religious leaders, vigilante groups and community associations work alongside the security agencies, supported by drones and satellite surveillance.
On education, he pledged quality schooling that is accessible and affordable for every resident, plus vocational schools and skills acquisition centres that give young people employable and entrepreneurial skills.
On agriculture, he plans mechanised farming on Kwara's arable land, with value chains and processing facilities to boost food production, strengthen food security and create jobs.
